True Rest 
Meditation ~ Mindful Yoga
Join me for a week of restorative & gentle practices to release physical, mental and emotional tension, ease stress and anxiety, aid restful sleep & re-discover your true nature of peace & happiness.
All classes are held LIVE via Zoom. 
Here is the weekly schedule:

  Monday: Mindful Yoga - 7.30pm-9.15pm 
           Wednesday: Energise & De-stress - 8am-8.45
Wednesday: Yoga Nidra - 3pm-4pm      
         Thursday: True Rest Meditation - 8pm-9pm 
Saturday: Mindful Yoga - 10am-11.15am 

All of my classes are beginner friendly and no previous experience is required.

I fell in love with yoga & meditation about 30 years ago. I have found these practices to be an invaluable support throughout the various stages & many ups & downs of my life. 

I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learnt & would love to guide you to a happier, healthier & more peaceful life.
