All classes are held LIVE via Zoom.

Monday: Mindful Yoga - 7.30pm-9.15pm
Wednesday: Energise & De-stress - 8am-8.45
Wednesday: Yoga Nidra - 3pm-4pm
Thursday: True Rest Meditation - 8pm-9pm
Saturday: Mindful Yoga - 10am-11.15am
All of my classes are beginner friendly and no previous experience is required.
